A crispy salad with white cabbage, blackberries and walnuts.

Serves 4
- 500-600 g. white cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 tbs. creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1 tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 50 g. chopped walnuts
- 1-2 handful blackberries
Mix the creme fraiche, mayonnaise, mustard, honey and apple cider vinegar in a serving bowl.
Taste with salt and pepper.
Ad the finely shredded white cabbage and mix well.
Before serving carefully mix in the walnuts and blackberries. Leave a few out for decoration.
